• Refund Eligibility: For website development or revamping services, a refund request can be made within 30 days of the project initiation if services have not commenced.
• Non-Refundable Items: Once development work has begun or if the project is completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, refunds are not applicable.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, we will work to resolve the issues to your satisfaction.

2. SEO Services for Websites:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for SEO services are available within 30 days of service purchase if no optimization work has been initiated.
• Non-Refundable Items: Once optimization work has begun or if the agreed-upon optimization strategy has been implemented, refunds are not applicable.
• Performance-Based Refunds: If the promised SEO performance metrics are not met as per the mutually agreed-upon goals, refunds or additional services may be offered at our discretion.

3. Web Hosting and Email Hosting Services:

• Refund Eligibility: Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial subscription for web hosting or email hosting services if dissatisfaction arises.
• Pro-rated Refunds: Refunds requested after 30 days will be pro-rated based on the remaining unused period of the subscription.
• Service Termination: Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. General Terms:
