Thank you for your interest in joining the Hyperdeft Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Program Enrollment 1.1. To become an affiliate, you must complete the enrollment process on the Hyperdeft Affiliate Portal. 1.2. We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure 2.1. As an affiliate, you will earn a 10% commission for each successful sale of the following products: – B2B Solutions – Website Hosting – Email Hosting – Website Development Projects – SEO Initial Setup Projects 2.2. The commission will be calculated based on the final sale price, excluding taxes, refunds, and shipping fees. 2.3. Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, as outlined in the Hyperdeft Affiliate Program guidelines.

3. Promotion and Marketing 3.1. As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting Hyperdeft’s products using ethical and lawful marketing methods. 3.2. You may use approved marketing materials provided by Hyperdeft or create your own, ensuring they accurately represent our products and brand. 3.3. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices that may harm Hyperdeft’s reputation.

4. Intellectual Property 4.1. All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Hyperdeft remain the sole property of Hyperdeft and may not be used without prior written permission. 4.2. You may only use approved Hyperdeft marketing materials and resources in accordance with the terms and guidelines provided.

5. Termination 5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. 5.2. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible for commission payments for sales made after the termination date.

6. Modification of Terms 6.1. Hyperdeft reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
